Murder mystery at the Great North Museum
February 29, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Join us for afternoon tea and a murder mystery at the Great North Museum in a completely different and fun afternoon out.
We’re turning the museum back to the 1950s where famous explorer Digger Jones has brought back the world’s largest diamond and now it’s about to go on display, But there are rumours that the diamond is cursed and when a body is discovered it looks as though those rumours may be true.
Digger;s publisher, Arty Fact, thinks this should see sales of Digger’s book soaring. Museum curator Alex Ibitt thinks a murder might ruin her career and antiquities dealer, Miss Inga Stone, has an eye on the diamond.
Our murder mystery at the Great North Museum will have you wandering round the museum to find clues and quiz our suspects before returning to your tables to enjoy your afternoon tea.
The perfect afternoon for every Miss Marple – a murder mystery and afternoon tea.
Tickets are £32.95 per person and can be booked by calling (0844) 856 1074 or email events@twmuseums.co.uk
